Rachel Theron
Owner, Website Developer, Digital Marketer, Project Manager
Rachel’s passion for helping businesses succeed online has been a driving force since she founded LAUNCH Web Design & Marketing, LLC in 2013. Having worked with numerous business owners from diverse industries such as hospitality, consumer products, wellness, and fitness, Rachel has gained extensive experience and expertise in website design, digital marketing, and guiding clients to achieve online success. Prior to LAUNCH, Rachel worked as a project manager for a leading marketing firm in Portland, Oregon, freelanced for Northern Arizona University marketing department, and contributed to Roots Rated, among other things. Apart from being a tech enthusiast, Rachel enjoys traveling and writing.
JOSH DUMPHY
Illustrator, Graphic Designer
Born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, Josh’s childhood obsession of the Ninja Turtles and The Simpsons led to many days drawing his favorite characters. Always trying to perfect his work to look more like the characters on the toy packages and TV, a passion for illustration was born. Progressing from pencil to acrylic, Josh then went digital in college and pursued a career in Graphic Arts. Graduating in 2004 with a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix, he was awarded “Best Portfolio” and “Students Choice” awards. Since then, Josh has worked on numerous projects ranging from designing band merchandise for musical groups and musicians such as Weezer and Van Morrison, to animation work for the Prince of Dubai. He has extensively studied typography, illustration, composition/layout, color theory, and many other aspects of art and design. Josh is here to bring your ideas and imagination to life.
